As Chairman Emeritus and Special Advisor to the JSSI Board of Directors, Mr. Louis C. Seno, Jr. provides counsel to the JSSI Board and represents JSSI at important business aviation conferences, events and meetings. 

Mr. Seno, also assumed the role of Executive Director of the International Aircraft Dealers Association in January 2025. In this position, he oversees the planning, organization, and direction of the association’s operations and programs, advancing its mission to lead the preowned business aircraft resale sector by establishing standards for efficient, effective, and ethical transactions.

Prior to joining JSSI, Mr. Seno held senior management positions at the business aircraft units of Boeing Capital Corp. and G.E. Capital Solutions.

Mr. Seno represents JSSI on the Board of Directors of the General Aviation Manufacturers Association (GAMA) and the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA). Mr. Seno currently is Chairman of the West Michigan Aviation Academy Foundation Board and also serves on the Foundation Board of Daytona State College. He was recently elected to the Board of Directors of the National Aircraft Finance Association. Since 2001, Mr. Seno has been actively involved with Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He is a retired Trustee and currently serves on the Industry Advisory Board for the institution’s College of Engineering. Mr. Seno is a long-time general aviation pilot and aircraft owner and has accumulated over 7,000 hours of flight time.
